ANTI-BRIBERY POLICY

GLJ is committed to working with our clients, business partners and competitors in an ethical, healthy, fair, and honest environment. GLJ prohibits all personnel, including but not limited to directors, officers, employees, contractors, or any other person or business, associated with or acting on behalf of GLJ from engaging in any form of bribery and/or corruption.

GLJ is committed to establishing and maintaining a culture and management system that promotes high standards of ethical and business conduct, as well as the prevention, detection, resolution, and monitoring of conduct that does not conform to GLJ’s standards and policies, and compliance with legislation in the countries where GLJ conducts business.

GLJ is committed to appointing a Compliance Officer or Committee with full independence and authority to receive, investigate, resolve, and appropriately apply sanctions for acts that do not comply with company policies while protecting the anonymity of whistleblowers to every extent possible, and from possible retaliation against whistleblowers.
